Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Exchanges are the sole remedy available under this policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchange Policy

At UT Silver Spurs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us at admin@utsilverspurs.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@utsilverspurs.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Special-order items

  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, or alteration

Exchange Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your exchange. Approved exchanges may be exchanged for:

  • A different size of the same item (subject to availability)

  • A different product of equal value

  • Store credit for the purchase amount

If the replacement item exceeds the original purchase value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
